Conference Service & Facilities

The Pavilion Conference Centre embodies style and sophistication. Whether you have a board meeting to plan or are hosting a large seminar, the superbly designed conference rooms at The Pavilion comfortably accommodate delegates in various seating configurations.

All the auxiliary services you would expect from an international conference centre are available through The Pavilion Conference Centre. Our staff will gladly assist you with arranging your venue and seating needs, audio-visual equipment and floral arrangements, menu requirements, décor, lighting, sound and any additional services you might require for hosting your event at The Pavilion.

WIFI hotspot technology

What is WiFi? Web surfing, picking up emails and download files much faster than with dial-up connections. No cables are needed. Data transfer takes place through a wireless connection, by far the most efficient way to connect your laptop or PDA to the Internet.

Why Wifi?

  • Speed. Faster than most standard dial- up connections.
  • Convenience. The entire Pavilion Conference Centre is now a wireless hotspot so you are not confined to any specific area.
  • Flexibility. The time you purchase to be online is valid 24 hours or for the duration of your conference depending on the package you choose.

Audio-Visual Equipment

The following audio-visual equipment is included in The Pavilion Conference Centre's standard conference packages:

  • 1 x Projection Screen
  • 1 x PA System
  • 1 x Laser Pointer
  • 1 x Flip Chart with pad & pens
  • 1 x DVD Player
  • 1 x Standing Microphone
  • 1 x White Board

Information is available from our audio-visual consultant, regarding the latest technology available for presentation. All other (specialist) equipment billed to client's account.

Security and Support Services

Big events with large numbers of guests and open bars might require additional security personal (cost on application). The Pavilion provides one security guard as standard practice. With events requiring extensive lighting and sound set-ups it might be advisable to have our in house electrician on standby (cost on application).

Parking Facilities

Parking is available in nearby parking garages. Prepaid vouchers have to be booked in advance.

Event Management

The Pavilion Conference Centre has, in addition to exceptional food beverage and service facilities, very capable specialists who can assist with both event planning and production as part of our professional and acclaimed international service level offering.

Linen and Décor

Pavilion banquets typically use elegant white linen, timeless and classic. Should you fancy something different you might want to consider other décor options which we can arrange with our preferred suppliers.
