Catering
The Pavilion offers a wide range of menus catering to every taste, and to suit any occasion. Alternatively arrange to meet with our chef to create a menu tailor-made to your requirements. Special dietary requirements can be catered for (by prior arrangement).
Audio-Visual Equipment
The following audio-visual equipment is included in The Pavilion Conference Centre's standard conference packages:

- 1 x Flip Chart with pad & pens
- 1 x DVD Player
- 1 x Standing Microphone
- 1 x White Board
Information is available from our audio-visual consultant, regarding the latest technology available for presentation. All other equipment billed to client's account.
Please Note
- Where no catering is required a surcharge of R80.00 per person will be levied.
- For every hour or part thereof a R1500.00 levy will be charged after midnight.
